What if I don’t know the print time?
Send us the STL/3MF — we’ll slice it in Bambu Studio and reply with a fixed price inside two business hours. No charge for the quote.
What file formats do you accept?
STL and 3MF are easiest. We can also work with STEP and OBJ. If you bought a paid model on Printables, MakerWorld, or Cults3D, just send us the receipt link and the file.
How accurate is the calculator?
Within ~10% of the final quote for most jobs. The two variables that surprise people are support material (adds 5–20% to filament) and AMS purge waste on highly-multi-colour prints. We’ll flag if your job exceeds the estimate before we start.
Can I get a discount for bulk runs?
Yes — from 10 identical parts onwards we drop the per-part machine rate. Ask for a quote with the quantity and we’ll model it.
What’s the build envelope?
Our Bambu Labs Printer with AMS prints up to 256 × 256 × 256 mm. Bigger parts get split into joinable sections.
Layer height & quality?
Default 0.2mm for general parts. We can run 0.12mm for fine detail (slower — more print time) or 0.28mm for utility/draft parts.
Do you do food-safe prints?
PLA is food-contact safe for short single-use applications. For repeated dishwasher use we recommend a food-safe epoxy seal — ask and we’ll quote.
